Treatment
Cara offers a range of Podiatric treatments ranging from specialist foot care including management of dermatological conditions such as troublesome ingrown nails, thickened and fungal nails to skin conditions like painful corns and callouses.
​Other available services include vascular and diabetes risk assessments of the feet. Cara will assess your feet and provide the best treatment available to you and gear you up with the best knowledge to look after your feet.

Painful and sore feet
Watching the way you walk or​ gait analysis is offered to see if there are any muscle weaknesses, instability or timing issues which may cause excess stress resulting in injury and pain. Cara can fit and supply a range of orthoses, if required as part of your rehabilitation.
As well as assessing adult feet Cara can assess children's gait, foot posture and developmental milestones, give advice on footwear and provide a personalised treatment plan.
