Treatment can include;

Gait analysis of the way you walk, jog or run to see if there are any muscle weaknesses, instability or timing issues which may cause excess stress resulting in injury.

Fitting and supply of Orthoses, if required as part of your rehabilitation.

Assessment of your child's gait, foot posture or developmental milestones.

Nail Surgery
A more permanent solution for ingrown toenails.

If conservative measures have failed and you have persistent problems with a nail, surgery is a good option

A local anesthetic injection is given to numb the area, you wont feel a thing!
